Inouye Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center, and the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) Science and Technology (S&T) Insect Management and Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, with funding through Plant Protection Act 7721. The website is developed and managed by the USDA APHIS PPQ S&T Pest Identification Technology Laboratory, Identification Technology Program.
